The automobile should also be locked at all times. Safety then extends to your residence. You shouldn’t place gifts in a place in your house where they could be seen by someone looking in from outside. If you’re headed out of town for a few days, check to see if your local police department offers some kind of patrol service wherein an officer will check on your home at regular intervals.
